I am an artist working in oil and torn watercolour on canvas. I use torn watercolour fragments that I imbue with the unique charecteristics as I see them of my wonderful surroundings in North Wales, UK.  I use collage and oil painting tecniques to render the wild beauty of our mountainous landscapes onto high quality indian cotton canvas in a truly unique approach to painting.  My work is framed by a local artisan framer from the walled town of nearby Conwy, where it is finished off to a very high standard, ready for your wall.  I sketch and photograph the images I work from whilst out running and walking in this breathtaking scenery and then work on the finished pieces in my studio.  I also take commissions, so if a place near or far is special to you then let me know!
